Verify access through authentication

DocBoss provides multi-factor authentication (MFA) options for users of the system, as well as submittal recipients.

User authentication

MFA can be enabled for all DocBoss users, or can be limited to select role types. The frequency that users are required to authenticate is also customizable.

Recipient authentication

Add an additional level of security by enabling MFA for submittal recipients. Each recipient will be required to confirm their identity prior to gaining access to the submitted documents.
