Carrying on with the tiles available on the project dashboard, the project hub is a new landing page designed to provide actionable data for your document controllers. What documents are overdue, and who is behind on the required actions?

Refine the information using the lenses at the top of the screen.

Grids are available for both cards, and outstanding actions.

Internal approval bar for notifications

DocBoss supports an internal review cycle for sub-supplier data. We have tweaked this function to provide an immediate visual indicator for the selected approval process. Green, Red and Yellow bars will appear in the document viewer.

Manage comment sheets when embedded by customers

Periodically, customers will add a comment sheet to your document. Because DocBoss tracks the number of pages sent vs those returned (to ensure the document is complete), we have added an option to define the additional pages as a comment page.

API / 3rd party system access

While there are no fancy pictures to represent our API (?!), for users who are looking to share/extract data from DocBoss in a programmatic fashion, this is an exciting addition! They now have the access they require. Give us a call if you want to extend your data usage to (or from) your ERP system!

Auto-Creating Packages

DocBoss allows you now to create packages automatically from the Code List in only a few clicks. Click here to see more information about this new feature.
