When you are ready to make the switch, please coordinate a meeting with our Support team.
We will set up the integration using the domain [yourcompany]1.com.
During that meeting we will remove the "1" from the domain name on our side (in our setup) to make the SSO live. You can have a user logout/login to test while online with support to ensure all goes well (otherwise we just switch back and all remains as it was while troubleshooting happens).
